Shipping can take from 7 to 10 business days for domestic order depending on your location. Overnight and next day shipping is also available. Orders placed before 11:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped that day (excludes holidays and weekends). You are responsible for shipping cost on returned or warranty items, unless we ship you the wrong item. Any warranty issues for manufacturer defects must be accompanied with a copy of a receipt and will only be processed at the discretion of our warranty manager. Note: If you decide to return a product that was delivered with free shipping, the consumer is subject to a 'free shipping return' charge. This charge is for the normal shipping charge. We do not allow returns or exchanges after 30 days from purchase date.
